SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State softball was selected to the College Station Regional on Sunday night. This is the program's 12th NCAA tournament appearance and it's first time being an automatic qualifier since 2018 when the Bobcats won its most recent Sun Belt Championship.
In addition to the hosts, Texas A&M, the Bobcats will be joined by Penn State and U Albany. Texas State will play Penn State in the first game of the regional on May 17 at 3 pm (CT). The Aggies will play UAlbany on the 17th at 5:30 pm (CT).
